All returns should be in their original packaging and not have been setup/adusted/lubricated whilst in your possession.

If your cube arrives damaged or broken we will cover the cost of any new pieces (not a whole new cube). If you are unsure on how to fit your replacement pieces we can provide photos and video guides on doing this. If you do not feel confident doing this we do offer a paid rebuild-service.

Pops & Explosions can also happen even upon your first solve. We advise performing a few test moves to ensure everything is okay before going full Max Park on your cube. We offer paid rebuild services if you dont feel confirdent in rebuilding a cube. Pops & Explosions are NOT covered under warranty

One of the best first 5x5’s and it was my first

One of the best first 5x5’s and it was my first one ! This was a wonderful experience. If you know how to solve the 4x4 this puzzle is a seamless transition there is literally 2 different algorithms . Over all this 5x5 is a great transition to larger puzzles and I love the feel of it . Have fun solving 😀

Extremely impressive cube for the price

It only costs £12 but performance is almost as good as much more expensive 5x5s after setup, however it is very tight ootb and sometimes locks up, apart from that it is 5 stars for the price. Best value 5x5

Great cube!

It's probably been about 10 years since I've used a 5x5, and I'm not a speedcuber (my 5x5 solves are about 5 minutes), but this feels very nice to turn. I would say that the magnets are fairly weak, but they do help with alignment, and I've not any pops during usage.

I think this is an excellent cube for the price, and I wouldn't hesitate to purchase another one if I need another 5x5.

Does it have warranty?

If your product arrives damaged or broken we will cover any damaged peices. Thats our promise!

What happens if I don't like it?

As long as you let us know immedietly and havent adjusted the settings/tensions or lubricated the cube then we will accept returns. There will be a 15% re-stock fee as we can no longer re-sell it as brand new.

How fast is shipping?

Very fast. Test us. If you order before 3pm we will ship the same day (Monday to Friday) or 9am on Saturdays.
