Refunds

Obviously we're a business, money is crucial for us to stay afloat and be able to offer you the best prices and service we can. However, we still have a responsibility to ensur you are happy with your purchase. So if you want a refund, you'll get a refund (with a few stipulations) but we'll go over them below.

Refunds for Damaged Cubes (on arrival)

If your cube arrives damaged and we are alerted immediately we will cover any broken pieces and help you swap the pieces over.

My cube has popped and I want a refund

We DO NOT cover popped or exploded cubes. This is the cubing alternative to a puncture on your bike. All cubes are supposed to be dis-assembled to be cleaned periodically. It is down to all cubers to check the cubes tensions upon arrival, this is even more crucial on bigger cubes such as the Examinx or 17x17.
For beginners, recommend making a few small, slow turns and adjusting all tensions if needed before doing any solves. 

 

That being said, we are always more than happy to go above and beyond to your you cubing again, you'll never be left alone! The amount of times we have made a custom video of rebuilding cubes is crazy. we're always more than happy if time allows!

My dog ate my cube....

I have no idea how but we get this more than we should. Replacement pieces are available (for most puzzles) at £1.50 per piece but we've found doggos enjoy eating every single piece and ensuring its cheaper to purchase a whole new one rather than buying a few new pieces...
