I don’t have much to compare this to, this is my first decent megaminx.
What I will say is that I am thoroughly satisfied with this product. It has smooth and reasonably fast turning, corner cutting is great, quality is more than great, the colours are vibrant and pop and I can grip it well. I’ve lubed it with an Angstrom setup and it’s breaking in more and more every solve. The price is just amazing too. The magnets are adequate but nothing crazy strong, it’s fine for me on tighter tensions.
I would recommend this for anyone like me in their early mega career who wants a great megaminx and you’ll be getting one for a great price.
It came incredibly loose and I know the springs are weak so you can get away with tightening the screws to only show 3/4 threads and still performs amazing.

It's a great megaminx, it's a good size and turns smooth with a somewhat tactile feeling. A little catchy on first turns but breaks in well.

Nice and smooth, with well-judged magnets. Quite a satisfying puzzle to work out, although pretty easy if you can already solve a 3x3. You can't really go wrong at this price.

For the price, this *Minx is insane good value!
I will be honest and say it needs some set-up OOTB so if you are afraid of taking your minx apart you will have to put up with a really annoying twang and ping every time you turn it.
But a little silicone lube (not water based of course) directly on the screws eliminates that annoying thing and a little lube on the pieces makes this minx as good "if not better" than any other minx out there.

Had an issue with the first puzzle I received so I contacted Kewbz customer support and they could not have been more helpful! I returned that item and they sent a new one out very quickly.
Out the box the turning was quite scratchy and not the most pleasant so I set up the puzzle with cubicle angstrom and a bit of dnm 37 and it performs fantastically! Very smooth turning, magnets are the perfect strength for me and the piece shapes allow for excellent grip. The only issue I have had is the springs are very noisy out the box so you do need to add a heavy silicone lube to get that to go away. Considering the price it is amazing value!

My megaminx before this was the MGC and this one is on a whole other level. I especially like the indentations in it
All in all it is a really good megaminx and for its price, one of the best of all time

This megaminx is incredible. The corner cutting great magnet strength is nice and the megaminx was very fast. My only issue was that in some lights the white cream and yellow shades were hard to tell apart so I got the black caps which I swapped with the grey ones and I then swapped those with the cream coloured ones. It is now my new main!

ok best megaminx i had is some trash sheng shoe or something so i bought this bc i like megaminx and it is good the magnets are good and it turns really well i would reccomend its also like 10 quid which is a quarter of the gan price

Turning is effortless, very enjoyable to solve on. The circles feel a bit weird, but it does help with grip a little.

Ordered for my son, as cubing seems to be helping him to get through the lockdown. It arrived quickly and he is delighted with it. It moves well and is comfortable to hold, and he particularly likes the colours. Hopefully this will keep him busy over half term and beyond!

Very good megaminx , especially for the price would definitely recommend , turns nicely , I havent had any lock ups magnet strength is nice , over all a very good megaminx

This cube is amazing for its price! Its magnetic,it has a good grip,good size,fast good corner cutting and its actually faster than the Galaxy(in a good way faster). It has two small issues that are very small,first it corner twists quite easily and second,its two shades of green are extremly simalar and I am colourblind so it is worse for me. How I fixed this is by changing the dark green to black,I setup this by lubing the core with weight 5 and the peices with weight 5 and lubest pro. Now it is very good and I cant recommend it enough! The 4 stars is for the issues I mention which are quite small.
