Tensioning/Adjustment Settings:

  • 5 Axis Distance Settings: The inner (circle) tension settings allow you to adjust the 'tightness' of the layers, 1 = Loose and 5 = Tight.
  • 5 Elasticity Tension Settings: The outer adjustment settings (noted by a notch on the side of the center piece) allows you to adjust the 'elasticity' of the faces of the cube. The larger the number, the tighter the spring, 1 = Loose and 5 = Tight.

We offer a 14-day refund policy if you change your mind on your new cube.

All returns should be in their original packaging and not have been setup/adusted/lubricated whilst in your possession.

If your cube arrives damaged or broken we will cover the cost of any new pieces (not a whole new cube). If you are unsure on how to fit your replacement pieces we can provide photos and video guides on doing this. If you do not feel confident doing this we do offer a paid rebuild-service.

Pops & Explosions can also happen even upon your first solve. We advise performing a few test moves to ensure everything is okay before going full Max Park on your cube. We offer paid rebuild services if you dont feel confirdent in rebuilding a cube. Pops & Explosions are NOT covered under warranty

Does it have warranty?

If your product arrives damaged or broken we will cover any damaged peices. Thats our promise!

What happens if I don't like it?

As long as you let us know immedietly and havent adjusted the settings/tensions or lubricated the cube then we will accept returns. There will be a 15% re-stock fee as we can no longer re-sell it as brand new.

How fast is shipping?

Very fast. Test us. If you order before 3pm we will ship the same day (Monday to Friday) or 9am on Saturdays.

What's the returns policy?

You have 14-days to return anything purchased as long as its all their and un-used 😃
