All returns should be in their original packaging and not have been setup/adusted/lubricated whilst in your possession.

If your cube arrives damaged or broken we will cover the cost of any new pieces (not a whole new cube). If you are unsure on how to fit your replacement pieces we can provide photos and video guides on doing this. If you do not feel confident doing this we do offer a paid rebuild-service.

Pops & Explosions can also happen even upon your first solve. We advise performing a few test moves to ensure everything is okay before going full Max Park on your cube. We offer paid rebuild services if you dont feel confirdent in rebuilding a cube. Pops & Explosions are NOT covered under warranty

Really good kilominx!

I got this for Christmas from Santa (yes he is real I don’t care what you say) and he has good taste! I found that the Diansheng Kilominx was way too small for my hands, as I have big hands, and this is just perfect. It isn’t magnetic or stickerless, but it turns surprisingly good. The 12 sides aren’t always an equal tension, some are really fast and some are painstakingly slow, but if you tension well it will perform better. Asides from that, it performs exceptionally well, I’ve been getting some rlly good times on it. It has really nice sticker shades and I imagine that Santa went shopping at KewbzUk because this is high quality. If you have small hands then go for the Diansheng but if that’s too small go for this. I recommend it.

Turns well, really smooth. Came practically covered in lube on one side, like it was applied during packaging and just... all leaked out... but I wiped it up and it's dried some now, so it's all good. Still had plenty in it. Sticker shades look nice, and stickers seem to be pretty high quality; my boyfriend has one as well that he's had for several years and the puzzle itself and the stickers on it don't seem to be suffering too much either.

This is a very fun puzzle to solve, which is only added to by how satisfying it is to turn. It's like a 2x2 for a megaminx. If you know 2x2/3x3 you should be able to figure out all but last layer intuitively, maybe that too.

If your product arrives damaged or broken we will cover any damaged peices. Thats our promise!

What happens if I don't like it?

As long as you let us know immedietly and havent adjusted the settings/tensions or lubricated the cube then we will accept returns. There will be a 15% re-stock fee as we can no longer re-sell it as brand new.

How fast is shipping?

Very fast. Test us. If you order before 3pm we will ship the same day (Monday to Friday) or 9am on Saturdays.
