All returns should be in their original packaging and not have been setup/adusted/lubricated whilst in your possession.

If your cube arrives damaged or broken we will cover the cost of any new pieces (not a whole new cube). If you are unsure on how to fit your replacement pieces we can provide photos and video guides on doing this. If you do not feel confident doing this we do offer a paid rebuild-service.

Pops & Explosions can also happen even upon your first solve. We advise performing a few test moves to ensure everything is okay before going full Max Park on your cube. We offer paid rebuild services if you dont feel confirdent in rebuilding a cube. Pops & Explosions are NOT covered under warranty

Great value 5x5x5!

I had an old 4x4x4 and 5x5x5 that served it's purpose, but they're super old. We're talking well before magnets were introduced to these sorts of puzzles. So I'm gradually upgrading my puzzle collection, and this was a fantastic replacement.

Comes out of the box ready to go, I haven't made any adjustments. It's already a vast improvement. Great value for a cube that feels this good. I'll be using this for a long time! Much better value than sites like Amazon, and supporting an independent business.

This makes my set up MGC feel like a v cube

I got this for Christmas, and it came a bit slippery out of the box, but I wiped it and it was less slippery. It turns a bit slow out the box and locks up more with bad corner cutting, but if you turn more and more and break it in and it becomes soo good. I have an MGC which I set up so well and it turned insane, but it now feels slower and locks up more. I recommend this cube and get it (obviously) from KewbzUk!

Does it have warranty?

If your product arrives damaged or broken we will cover any damaged peices. Thats our promise!

What happens if I don't like it?

As long as you let us know immedietly and havent adjusted the settings/tensions or lubricated the cube then we will accept returns. There will be a 15% re-stock fee as we can no longer re-sell it as brand new.

How fast is shipping?

Very fast. Test us. If you order before 3pm we will ship the same day (Monday to Friday) or 9am on Saturdays.

What's the returns policy?

You have 14-days to return anything purchased as long as its all their and un-used 😃
