NEW 4x4 WR: Tymon Kolasinski

by Luke Terzich 08 Jan 2026

On Sunday morning during the first round of 4x4 at the Spanish Championships, Tymon Kolasinski from Poland set a new 4x4 World Record single with a time of 15.18 seconds.

This mark surpassed Max Park's previous World Record of 15.71 seconds and improved Tymon's personal best by 0.73 seconds.

Sub-16 second solves on 4x4 are becoming more common, but this result pushes the boundary well below that. Observing the solve reveals a high level of speed and precision.

Looking ahead, it remains an open question whether Tymon will be the first to break the 15-second barrier or if Max Park will reclaim the record. It's also possible that other competitors may challenge the record, given that only 32 people have officially solved 4x4 in under 20 seconds to date.

Max Park continues to hold the World Record average, and Tymon Kolasinski will likely aim to regain that title as well.
