We accept returns for any order placed within 14 days as long as the cubes havent been setup/adjusted/lubricated. Just dorp us an email using the link below.

Of course! As long as your order hasn't been shipped (you'll know if has if you've recived a shipping confirmation) We do package orders and ship them out VERY quickly so please email ASAP. We wont be able to cancel an order if its been shipped.

Cubes can pop even on the very first turn. Please ensure you make SLOW MOVES/TURNS until you are confident the cube is safe to use. We do not accept returns for popped cubes as they are not broken. All pops can be fixed just like all punctures can be repaired.

If doesn't matter if you or your cuber are cubing experts that "have been cubing for 10 years" and this has never happened before. It can always happen.

If you are unable to repair your popped cube we do offer a very cheap paid rebuild service ❤️

Cubes can explode even from the very first turn on day 1. We recommend going very slow on the first few solves just to make sure everything is okay. If your cube has fully exploded you can either follow one of our popular "rebuild" videos or we also offer a very cheap "rebuild service" for most cubes.

Please note, we do not offer rebuild services for 8x8+ and onwards. Exploded cubes are not broken, the same as a bicyle with a puncture is not broken.

Of course. We ship worldwide, if your country is not listed at checkout please do reach out to us as we like to add countries when we require them. This insures we get the best rates. Once a country has been added to our system is will remain live going forward.
