All returns should be in their original packaging and not have been setup/adusted/lubricated whilst in your possession.

If your cube arrives damaged or broken we will cover the cost of any new pieces (not a whole new cube). If you are unsure on how to fit your replacement pieces we can provide photos and video guides on doing this. If you do not feel confident doing this we do offer a paid rebuild-service.

Pops & Explosions can also happen even upon your first solve. We advise performing a few test moves to ensure everything is okay before going full Max Park on your cube. We offer paid rebuild services if you dont feel confirdent in rebuilding a cube. Pops & Explosions are NOT covered under warranty

Goood for beginners

I got this 4x4 as an award from my family a month into me cubing, and then I found it was nice to turn (because I couldn’t compare it to another 4x4),
But as time passed and I tried other 4x4s I realised this cube wasn’t good. It corner cuts ok but it locks up but surprisingly doesn’t pop that much. If you’re an experienced cyber and have anything like the MGC, Vin, Aosu v7 and Aosu wrm etc I wouldn’t recommend this. But it’s great to start off with.

Would not recommend

This was the first 4x4 I bought, so I didn't really know what I was doing. The shades are kinda weird, a lot of lockups and catching, although it can corner a little bit but not as much as other budget 4x4s. Overall just not enjoyable to solve on.

Does it have warranty?

If your product arrives damaged or broken we will cover any damaged peices. Thats our promise!

What happens if I don't like it?

As long as you let us know immedietly and havent adjusted the settings/tensions or lubricated the cube then we will accept returns. There will be a 15% re-stock fee as we can no longer re-sell it as brand new.

How fast is shipping?

Very fast. Test us. If you order before 3pm we will ship the same day (Monday to Friday) or 9am on Saturdays.
