All returns should be in their original packaging and not have been setup/adusted/lubricated whilst in your possession.

If your cube arrives damaged or broken we will cover the cost of any new pieces (not a whole new cube). If you are unsure on how to fit your replacement pieces we can provide photos and video guides on doing this. If you do not feel confident doing this we do offer a paid rebuild-service.

Pops & Explosions can also happen even upon your first solve. We advise performing a few test moves to ensure everything is okay before going full Max Park on your cube. We offer paid rebuild services if you dont feel confirdent in rebuilding a cube. Pops & Explosions are NOT covered under warranty

Great for patterns

Great cube, I bought it specifically so I could do larger and more intricate patterns than the 7x7 and so far so good! Great colours and turns well after a few solves. It’s a bit heavier than I was expecting, but the weight is listed in the description so that’s my bad for not checking.

splendid 9x9 overall!

The 9x9 is very fun to solve, I've done about 4 solves so far and this cube is awesome. It's not magnetic; if you have small hands, maybe go for the Meilong as it's smaller and will fit in your hands much more comfortably (I sometimes have trouble turning the 2nd layers as you have to hold the other layers to stop them from turning). The shades are vibrant and the cube looks impressive!

Amazing Cube

This cube is so much better than I expected, it is so smooth and turns really well, it was a little stuck together out the box but once I turned it a bit it was amazing. I would definitely recommend this cube. This size is big but I think that adds to the look of the cube.

YLM 9x9

This is a good cube.Even though it is quite big it turns really well! I dont own the meilong but I have heard it doesnt turn as well as this. I am about to do a solve on this and I have already scrambled it(it looks so cool)I am not very good at big cubes but I do enjoys solving them and I have no doubt I will enjoy this! And as a bonus it is cheap which is always good!

If your product arrives damaged or broken we will cover any damaged peices. Thats our promise!

What happens if I don't like it?

As long as you let us know immedietly and havent adjusted the settings/tensions or lubricated the cube then we will accept returns. There will be a 15% re-stock fee as we can no longer re-sell it as brand new.

How fast is shipping?

Very fast. Test us. If you order before 3pm we will ship the same day (Monday to Friday) or 9am on Saturdays.
