Kewbz Global Warehouse: How it works?
We’ve got some exciting news to share! 🎉 Our brand-new Global Warehouse is now open and ready to ship. Based in Asia, this expansion means we can offer you an even bigger selection of cubes, accessories, and limited-edition models, including a few that usually take a little longer to land here in the UK.
Don’t worry though, it’s still KewbzUK through and through. You’ll use the same website, the same checkout, and get the same great customer service you already know and love. The only difference is that some products now ship directly from our new global hub instead of our UK warehouse.
How It Works
Some of our products will now show a little note on the product page letting you know they’re shipping from our Global Warehouse. Those items are sent straight from our overseas facility, carefully packed and tracked all the way to your door. Delivery usually takes around 8–12 working days to the UK and other destinations, and shipping costs a simple £1.99 flat rate with no hidden fees or surprises.
Good to know: If your order includes a mix of UK and Global items, we’ll send them separately so you get your UK-stocked items as quickly as possible.
Why We Opened a Global Warehouse
We don’t want you to miss out on anything. Opening a global facility under the KewbzUK name helps us keep your favourite cubes in stock, offer even more choice, and make sure you can get hold of new releases sooner. It also helps us keep prices fair by sourcing directly from trusted international partners.
And of course, nothing changes when it comes to who you’re dealing with. Every order is still handled with care by the same small Kewbz team, and if you ever have a question, you’ll still be chatting with Hollie or Luke right here in the UK.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders from our Global Warehouse are sent using Priority E-Packet Tracked, a reliable, fully tracked service that usually arrives within 8–12 working days after dispatch. The shipping cost is just £1.99 no matter how many cubes you order.
