MoYu MeiLong 5x5 (Magnetic)

Pretty much a carbon copy of my Meilong 4x4 review:

I'm fairly new to cubing and bought this based on the superb feel of Moyu's Meilong 7x7 and V2 3x3 Mirror cubes. It's nowhere near as good as either of those. Turning feels rough out of the box, although a touch smoother than the Meilong 4x4, and is only slightly improved by light lube and loosening up the tension. It feels like a budget cube, which of course it is, and perhaps the quality of the other cubes I mentioned had raised expectations too much.

This is my favourite cube. I have 2x2 to 7x7 by different manufacturers.
The movement is good, the magnetism snaps it quickly into place. Unlike my 6x6 and 7x7 by YJ, the plastic is matt not shiny which seems to give it extra grip. I'm no speedcuber (7 minutes on 5x5) but I recommend this for repeatable pleasure.

This is a fantastic budget 5x5.

For a novice, like me, it's nice to have a cheaper cube to learn on. Regardless, this puzzle feels very high quality and is really stable to turn and play with.

So far, I've had absolutely no troubles with pops or catches despite my rather rough and incompetent turning style.
